Skills Development Scotland Modern Apprenticeship Programme was clearly explained to us as a company along with the funding policy and eligibility criteria.

Candidates received an induction pack giving full details of the training programme; health and safety; equal opportunities etc. An induction Response was completed by all participating candidates

During candidate induction management or nominated person was made aware of the MGT TRAINING LTD commitment to quality of service.

During induction I / we found MGT staff to be helpful and knowledgeable.

Qualifications and Training enhancements were fully explained to management / nominated person and the candidate.

I was able to take part in producing my employees training plan and my employees training arrangements along with my manager (Where applicable).

The candidate receives regular tuition, supervision and support.

The assessment process was clearly explained to the candidate, management or nominated person each time an assessment was carried out.

After each assessment management / nominated person and the candidate were told of the outcome and given advice on what to do next and agreed future achievements. Recorded on the assessment sheets.

The certification procedure was clearly explained to management or nominated person and the candidate.

The quality of assessment and support received was very satisfactory.
