On joining MGT TRAINING LTD I underwent a meaningful induction programme and the funding process by SDS was clearly explained to me.

At induction I received an induction pack giving full details of the training programme; health and safety; equal opportunities etc.

During my induction I was made aware of the MGT TRAINING LTD commitment to quality of service.

During induction I found staff to be helpful and knowledgeable.

The Modern Apprenticeship and other training enhancements and content were fully explained to me.

I was able to take part in producing my training plan and my training arrangements along with my manager (Where applicable).

The content and purpose of the training plan was fully explained to me.

I received a copy of the training plan.

During my training I received regular tuition, supervision and support.

During my training the staff of MGT TRAINING LTD regularly reviewed and assessed my progress.

I always found staff at MGT TRAINING LTD and/or placement to be helpful and knowledgeable.

The assessment process was clearly explained to me each time I was being assessed.

After each assessment I was told the outcome and given advice on what to do next and agreed future achievements.

The certification procedure was clearly explained to me.

The appeals procedure was clearly explained to me and I know what to do if I disagree with any part of the assessment process.

The quality of training and support received was very satisfactory.
